This page explains what data we collect on this site (dreamsafe.com.ar), what we use it for and what rights you have over it. We are DreamSafe, an independent publishing project based in Argentina. For any privacy question, write to us at dreamsafe.contacto@gmail.com.
The site's only form is the free gift form (dreamsafe.com.ar/regalo, in Spanish): if you fill it in, we store your email, your name (if you give it), the date and which social network you came from, in a private Google spreadsheet of the dreamsafe.contacto@gmail.com account. We use it only to give you the gift and send you DreamSafe news and tips, as you accepted in the checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
Apart from that form, the site doesn't ask you for any data. When you click "Buy" we take you to the checkout of an external payment platform: Hotmart (pay.hotmart.com) for purchases from outside Argentina, which also handles automatic delivery of the product, or Mercado Pago (mpago.la) for purchases from Argentina. There you'll enter your name, email and the relevant payment details, directly on their site and under their own privacy policy — we never see or store your payment details or identity documents. For Mercado Pago purchases, once the payment is confirmed we email you what you bought (the book or the kit) ourselves, automatically, from dreamsafe.contacto@gmail.com.
While you browse this site we use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), an advertising measurement tool. The Pixel may record that you visited this page and, if you complete a purchase, that the purchase happened — without giving us access to your personal payment data.
We also use PostHog, a web analytics tool, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, which device they use, which buttons they click (for example "Buy") and anonymous recordings of how the page is browsed. PostHog stores an anonymous identifier in your browser (cookie / local storage) to tell whether you've visited before. It doesn't know your name or email, and it never sees what you enter at checkout, because that happens on the payment platform's site.
We don't sell your data to third parties or use it for any purpose other than those described here. Our only mailing list is made up of people who requested the free gift and agreed to receive news.
We use external providers to sell our products and measure our advertising. Each of them handles data according to its own privacy policy:
If you left your email in the gift form, you can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from news, by writing to dreamsafe.contacto@gmail.com. We'll do it, no questions asked.
For the data this site sees (the visits recorded by the Meta Pixel), you can manage your ad preferences directly from your Facebook or Instagram account, under Ad settings. The data you enter when buying (name, email, payment) is managed by the payment platform you used (Hotmart or Mercado Pago) — you can ask them to show, correct or delete that information. For any question, you can also write to us directly at dreamsafe.contacto@gmail.com.
We may update this page as the project grows (for example, when adding new payment platforms, new countries or new advertising tools). If there are important changes, we'll update the date above.
